Alberto Pasini, 1826-1899, was an Italian painter and best known for depicting Orientalist subjects in a late-Romantic style. In 1876 he went to Turkey again to execute four paintings commissioned by Sultan Abdul Aziz. The Alberto Pasini oil paintings were exhibited at Paris, and could be found in the Museum of Parma: The Druze attack a Maronite Village, Falcon hunt in plains of Ispahan, The Bazaar of Istambul, and The stage of the caravan.
